Asset Haus was founded by operators who have structured real tokenized deals across jurisdictions, covering legal, compliance, registry, settlement and market structure. We are building the tokenization platform we wished existed when we ran our own deals.

Our mission: one operating layer for private markets

Most private-market infrastructure is either an enterprise SaaS priced for ten-figure AUM, a crypto-native tool that never passes a license review, or a DIY build that takes 18 months and then rots. None of those make it easy to run a deal.

We deliver private-market infrastructure as one coordinated engagement: on-premise where it matters, white-label SaaS where it fits, with productized legal setup and liquidity strategy built in. The first deal installs the operating base, and the next deals run on it.
