Frequently askedquestions.

Answers on delivery, legal setup, compliance, licensing, and how Asset Haus becomes your operating base.

Deployment & Technology

What deployment models do you offer?

Two: on-premise (primary motion — source code running inside your infrastructure for licensed operators) and white-label SaaS or private listing workflows managed by Asset Haus for issuers and asset managers. Both run the same operating layer, with scope set after readiness review.

Do I need to understand blockchain?

No. The blockchain is infrastructure — you operate through a standard web application. Your investors don't need to understand it either. The ledger is used where it provides auditability and deterministic settlement, not as a user-facing layer.

What about data security and audit trails?

On-premise means your data stays inside your infrastructure perimeter — no vendor access. Deterministic audit logs across onboarding, approvals, transfers, and settlement. Regulator-ready and Big4-ready out of the box.

Legal & Compliance

Will our legal counsel approve this?

Yes — and in many cases they deliver part of the engagement. Asset Haus Legal Setup is a productized workstream coordinated through our licensed counsel network. We provide documentation for your counsel's review, or run formation, opinions, and filings through our partner firms if you prefer one coordinated delivery.

Is this legal?

Tokenization can be used inside existing securities, fund, digital asset, and private-placement frameworks when the issuer, counsel, regulated partners, custody, investor eligibility, and transfer rules are mapped correctly. Asset Haus provides infrastructure and coordination support; legal conclusions must be confirmed by qualified counsel.

Which jurisdictions are supported?

9+ jurisdictions across US (Delaware, Wyoming), offshore (Cayman, BVI), GCC (ADGM, DIFC), EU (Luxembourg, Liechtenstein), and APAC (Singapore). Jurisdictional choice is made against operating model and investor base, not partner relationships.

Do you work with our existing legal counsel?

Yes. We co-sell with law firms. They handle legal scope, we handle tech. Mutual referral model available.

Investors & Liquidity

Will my investors trust this? They're traditional finance people.

They see a professional portal, familiar documents, clear ownership. The blockchain is invisible to them unless they want to see it. Many of our clients have traditional family offices and HNW investors.

What about my existing investors?

We can migrate them. Import your cap table, send them portal invitations. They verify identity once and they're in. The transition is seamless.

Can investors use crypto to invest?

Yes. We support USDC, wire transfers, and local payment rails depending on jurisdiction. Traditional investors use wire, crypto-native investors use stablecoin. Both flows wire into the same compliance and registry.

How does liquidity actually work — are you going to list tokens on an exchange?

No. Liquidity for tokenized private offerings isn't an exchange event. We design transfer rules, settlement logic, counterparty access, OTC workflows, and secondary operations inside the tokenization platform from day one. Where a licensed venue makes sense, we integrate. We don't promise retail listings, token pumps, or market-making that isn't licensed.

Do you do secondary trading?

Controlled secondary operations are designed into the tokenization platform, not bolted on. Transfer permissions, eligibility gates, corporate actions, and transfer-agent workflows all run through the same operating layer. Where a licensed operator needs venue connectivity, that integration is scoped separately.

Platform & Deployment

Can I white-label / brand it as my own?

Yes. Your investors see YOUR brand, not ours. Custom domain, logo, colors. It looks like your own platform.

What if I want to stop using the platform?

Your data is yours. Export cap table, investor list, documents anytime. No lock-in. We believe in earning your business every month.

How do distributions work?

You fund the distribution wallet (fiat or crypto). System calculates pro-rata based on ownership. One click to distribute. Investors see it instantly in their portal with full audit trail.

What if we need custom features?

White-label SaaS includes a co-development roadmap on the core. On-premise gives you the source code in your repo — your team extends under your own engineering standards, while Asset Haus maintains the core on contract.

Pricing & Timeline

Do you take a percentage of the raise?

Core pricing is scoped as fixed workstreams, not a default percentage of the raise: on-premise deployment is typically $40k-$60k, structuring is $5k-$15k, and licence-readiness coordination is usually scoped around $30k-$50k by request. Third-party counsel, regulator, custody, audit, and government costs are scoped separately.

How long does deployment take?

White-label SaaS: from 2 weeks. On-premise: from 4 weeks. Both models use milestone-based delivery with 25% payments at each stage.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. All packages include post-launch support. Ongoing maintenance available separately.

What's your track record?

32 deals structured, $200M+ facilitated across 7 asset classes and 9+ delivered jurisdictions. Engagements come primarily through direct C-level relationships. We can walk through specific structures and outcomes under NDA in a working session.

Still have questions?

45-minute working session — on-premise, legal setup, or liquidity strategy — grounded in your actual constraints.
