Questions
Asked by partners.
Who can become a partner?
Introducers and referral partners, brokers and advisers, banks and wealth managers, law firms, platforms, originators and lenders, service providers such as custodians and administrators, and investor networks.
What can I introduce?
Trading companies that need trade finance for a shipment, holders who want a loan against tokenized or private-market assets, professional investors for the Dataroom, and asset owners who want to tokenize.
Do I get paid for introductions?
Referral terms, if any, are agreed in a written partner agreement before they apply. An introduction counts from the date it is recorded in the portal with the client's consent.
What happens after I introduce a client?
We contact the client within one business day and ask them to apply themselves, so their own details and consent are on record. You follow the status in the portal; we never share the client's documents or terms with you.
Can I promise my client financing or a return?
No. Financing decisions belong to the fund or lending partner, and investment figures are targets, not guarantees. The portal's materials include wording you can use safely.
