Indicative terms

Financing per shipment: $100,000 to $5,000,000
Advance: Up to 80% of the purchase price before shipment; up to 90% of the invoice once the goods have shipped
Term: 30 to 120 days, repaid when your buyer pays
Indicative cost: From 1.0% per 30 days on the amount used, plus a one-off arrangement fee from 0.5%
Currency: US dollars; euro on request
Repayment: Your buyer pays into a collection account named in the sales contract

Company registration and a register extract
Shareholders and beneficial owners
The sales contract and the purchase contract
Invoices and proof of payment for your last three shipments with this buyer
Financial statements or 12 months of bank statements

Financing is provided by the fund or lending partner named in your term sheet, which makes its own credit decision. Asset Haus runs the platform, checks applications and coordinates documents; it is not the lender of record.

Before you send it.

Do I need documents to apply?

No. The application asks about one shipment and your company. We ask for documents only if the shipment fits.

What happens after I apply?

A first reply within one business day. If the shipment fits, we ask for documents, and the financier sends indicative terms with the full cost within five business days of a complete file.

Is applying a commitment?

No. Neither side is committed until financing agreements are signed. You can withdraw at any time before that.

Who sees my application?

The Asset Haus desk and the financier reviewing it, under the privacy policy. Your buyer is contacted only after you agree.
