Private-market strategies
Private-market strategies invest outside public exchanges: in loans to businesses, in assets that secure those loans, and in companies before they list. They usually pay more than public bonds or deposits because they are less liquid and need more work to check. That work, and its evidence, is what the Dataroom shows.

What investors ask for
Stability, security and a fair rate.
Stability
Short or secured assets, spread across many positions, with limits per borrower, buyer and country.
Security
Collateral the fund controls, buyer payments into controlled accounts, segregated vehicles and independent administrators.
A fair rate
Targets of 9% to 12% a year net for the income strategies, paid quarterly in US dollars.
Transparency
Monthly reports, loan tapes and every document in one Dataroom, tied to your holding on the register.

Security
How capital is protected across the strategies.
- 01
Real assets and real buyers
Every loan is tied to a shipment, a pledged asset or a company's shares; nothing is financed on a promise alone.
- 02
Control before money moves
Buyer confirmations, pledges on the register, escrow and company consent are in place before funding.
- 03
Cushions
Traders keep 10% to 20% in each deal; collateral is worth at least twice each loan; pre-IPO entries target a discount.
- 04
Separate vehicles
Each fund or SPV is a separate legal entity with its own accounts, administrator and auditor.
- 05
Evidence
Monthly reports and loan tapes in the Dataroom, so investors can check positions rather than take them on trust.

Questions
Asked before investing.
Who can invest?
Professional, accredited or otherwise qualified investors, as defined where they live: private investors, family offices, funds, platforms acting for eligible clients and on-chain allocators. The strategies are not offered to retail investors.
What are the target returns?
Trade finance targets 9% to 11% a year net in US dollars; loans secured by tokenized assets target 9% to 12% a year net; pre-IPO targets a 2x to 3x gross multiple over 3 to 5 years. All are targets from each strategy's design, not guarantees or forecasts.
Which strategy is the most stable?
Trade finance has the shortest assets (60 to 120 days) and quarterly liquidity. Collateral lending relies on a value cushion of at least two times the loan. Pre-IPO is growth exposure with long holding periods and no income.
How do I invest?
Request Dataroom access, confirm your eligibility, review the documents, then subscribe through the fund or SPV documents after the administrator's identity checks.
What is the minimum investment?
$100,000 for trade finance and collateral lending; $50,000 per deal for pre-IPO.
What does tokenization change for an investor?
Your units or SPV interests are recorded on a permissioned tokenized register: ownership is clear, transfers go only to eligible investors, and reporting is tied to each holding. It does not remove the risks of the underlying loans or companies.
What role does Asset Haus play?
Asset Haus provides the platform, the tokenized register and the Dataroom, and sources deals through its financing desks. Each strategy is managed by the fund manager named in its documents.
Targets are not guaranteed and are not a forecast. Capital is at risk. Each strategy is offered only through its fund or SPV documents, to eligible professional or accredited investors, where the law allows. Nothing here is an offer, investment advice or a recommendation.
