LendingIn preparation

Financing against
tokenized assets.

Holders of tokenized assets often need liquidity without selling. We are preparing a way to use tokenized holdings as collateral, with the financing itself provided by licensed lenders. Register interest to help shape the first programme.

What it is

Borrow against what you hold instead of selling it.

  • Collateral you can check

The holding sits on a register, so ownership and transfer restrictions can be verified and a pledge can be recorded.

  • Documents in one place

Valuation, title and offering documents come from the project's data room instead of a new round of requests.

  • Terms set by the lender

The lender decides eligibility, loan-to-value and pricing under its own credit policy. Asset Haus provides the workflow and the records.

Who it is for

The main groups we are preparing it for.

  • Issuers and SPVs

Need working capital or a bridge for a tokenized project without issuing more units.

  • Holders of tokenized notes and fund units

Professional investors who want liquidity against a position they intend to keep.

  • Lenders and credit funds

Looking for collateral with a clear register, complete documents and transfer controls they can check.

  • Platforms and brokers

Want to offer financing to their clients through a licensed lending partner.

How it works

How it would work.

  1. 01

    Check the holding

A register snapshot and the project documents confirm what is held and on which terms.

  2. 02

    The lender sets terms

Eligibility, loan-to-value and price, under the lender's own credit policy.

  3. 03

    Pledge and fund

The holding is pledged and locked on the register, then the lender funds the loan.

  4. 04

    Repay and release

On repayment the pledge is released. On default, the lender acts under the loan agreement.

What to get right

Questions every programme must answer first.

  • Who the lender of record is, and under which licence or regulated partner.
  • How the collateral is valued, by whom and how often.
  • Whether the token terms allow a pledge, and who must consent to it.
  • What happens on default: whether the collateral can actually be transferred or sold.
  • Which borrowers are eligible, and in which jurisdictions.

Lending is in preparation and not available yet. Asset Haus does not lend money, does not make credit decisions and is not a broker-dealer or placement agent. Any financing would be provided by licensed lenders on their own terms, where the law allows it. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit, and a loan-to-value ratio does not guarantee that capital is preserved.
