One place to present
a private-market project.
A project profile, the documents behind it and access on request, for issuers and the investors they choose to invite. We are opening early access to a small number of projects.

What it is
Three things, kept simple.
Project profile
A short summary, the key terms and who is involved, so an investor understands the project before asking for more.
Documents with versions
Teaser, structure, offering documents and reports in one index. Every update keeps its history, and access is set per document.
Access on request
Investors ask for access and the issuer decides. Investors who follow a project see an update when something changes.
Who it is for
Built for both sides of a private deal.
Issuers and sponsors
Present an SPV, fund or note to invited investors without sending files around by email.
Investors and family offices
Review the projects you were invited to, request documents and follow changes in one place.
Advisers and platforms
Law firms, brokers and platforms that run deals for clients and need one controlled room per project.
How it works
How early access works.
- 01
Tell us about the project
What it is, where it is structured and who should see it.
- 02
Set up the room together
We agree the profile, the document list and who can see what.
- 03
Invite investors
You decide who is invited and approve each access request.
The Dataroom is in early access. It is information infrastructure: issuers decide what is shared and with whom. Nothing in a data room is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and Asset Haus is not the issuer, a broker-dealer, a placement agent or an investment adviser.
Have a project to present?
Tell us what it is and who should see it, and we will explain how early access would work for you.
